Well, that about sums it up!
I did get back into the gym this week to re-start my couch 2 5 K program. I have a 5k to run in July and glob knows i'm not ready for it now. I haven't smoked cigarettes this week, but it's the best friends birthday so I'm assuming this will include drinking and smoking and being mad at myself on Monday. Thank glob I don't have another birthday after next week for a few months. Hopefully that will let me get on track, and take some time off from the bad habits with enough time to form new better ones.
I started reading the Power of Now which is great, and it is really helping me get in touch with myself. If I can conquer my thoughts and become in touch with myself I'll be much happier :)
although i'm sure that is easier said than done.
Until Sunday, or Monday - we'll see if I have defeated my lack of self control or if i've blown it again... -_-
